Tom is passionate about creating meaningful and transformative learning experiences. Besides being a qualified registered teacher and holding a senior teaching role at one of the top high schools in Auckland, Tom also trains other teachers.

Tom runs a professional learning group for teachers which focuses on learner agency mindset and supporting tools. He also runs supervision for dozens of teachers to help them enhance their educative practices. Further, Tom has presented at numerous teacher focused professional development conferences and events in New Zealand.

To enhance his own practice, Tom is on a coaching skills acquisition journey and has already achieved Coach ICI status to complement his existing NLP accreditations.

Tom is also blessed with a supportive wife and two primary school aged children.
