Keys to Coaching Mastery is designed and developed to International Association for NLP (IANLP) standards and successful completion of this course counts towards the full internationally accredited NLP Practitioner certification and/or NLP Master Practitioner certification with IANLP.

The content of this course will support you to achieve your personal and professional goals through practical skills which advance your coaching mastery; utilizing coaching as a leadership skill and integrating coaching into all areas of your life.

  • A case study approach to working with different types of clients and issues.
  • Integrating the use of different modalities of support.
  • Utilizing consulting and tasking skills in a coaching frame.
  • Embracing research as an activity to build relevance and validity.
  • Participating in a supervisory relationship to improve practice.

Prerequisites

  • At least two core ConnectHQ courses at Practitioner level, and
  • At least two core ConnectHQ courses at Master Practitioner level.
